This form must be submitted electronically with an updated SIP.  Once submitted, completed forms will undergo an initial review and screening process.  Priority allocation of resources for services will be given to schools and districts with Need of Improvement status, to ongoing & sustained projects from the previous year, and to projects deemed innovative.  Each application will be reviewed for clarification with district or site administrations.  Once project outcomes have been clarified, a proposal of services will be provided within 45 days from electronic submission of the required forms.  A WNRTP staff member will contact you once your completed request has been processed.
